INFORMATION NOTICE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

With full awareness of this responsibility, we process your personal data as the “Data Controller” as defined in the PDPL, in the manner explained below and within the limits prescribed by the legislation.

Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law No. 6698”), your personal data may be processed by ADIMKOZA, as the data controller, within the scope explained below.
b. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your collected personal data will be processed within the scope of carrying out our commercial activities for the purposes of: (i) performing the necessary work by our business units to enable you to benefit from the products and services offered by our Company; (ii) customizing and recommending the products and services offered by our Company to you according to your preferences, usage habits and needs; (iii) ensuring the execution of our Company’s human resources policies; (iv) ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and of persons who have a business relationship with our Company; and (v) determining and implementing our Company’s commercial and business strategies, in accordance with the conditions and purposes of personal data processing specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.

c. To Whom and For What Purposes Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred
Your collected personal data may be transferred, for the purposes of: (i) performing the necessary work by our business units to enable you to benefit from the products and services offered by our Company; (ii) customizing and recommending the products and services offered by our Company to you according to your preferences, usage habits and needs; (iii) ensuring the execution of our Company’s human resources policies; (iv) ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and of persons who have a business relationship with our Company; and (v) determining and implementing our Company’s commercial and business strategies, to our business partners, suppliers, shareholders, affiliates, legally authorized public institutions and private persons, limited to the purposes specified in the Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy published to the public on our website at adimkoza.com.tr, within the framework of the conditions and purposes of personal data processing specified in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698, in connection with carrying out our commercial activities.
ç. Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected by our Company through technical and operational methods carried out via different channels such as the website, mobile applications, call center and physical channels, based on the legal grounds arising and performed in reliance on the relevant legislation, contracts, requests, commercial customs and the rules of good faith that become applicable in order to provide you with our commercial services through these channels and to carry out our commercial activities within this scope. Your personal data collected based on these legal grounds may be processed and transferred for the purposes specified under items (b) and (c) of this Information Notice within the scope of the conditions and purposes of personal data processing specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.
d) Rights of the Personal Data Subject Listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698
If you submit your requests regarding your rights as a personal data subject, our Company will finalize the request as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty (30) days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged by our Company. Within this scope, personal data subjects have the right to request from our Company:
- To learn whether personal data is processed,
- If personal data has been processed, to request information regarding such processing,
- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with such purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- If personal data is processed incompletely or inaccurately, to request correction thereof and to request that the transaction carried out within this scope be notified to the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- Even though it has been processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, if the reasons requiring processing cease to exist, to request deletion or destruction of personal data and to request that the transaction carried out within this scope be notified to the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- To object to the occurrence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- To request compensation for damages in case of suffering damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
Pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 13 of Law No. 6698, you must submit your request regarding the exercise of your rights specified above to our Company “in writing” or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
In order to exercise your rights specified above, you should submit your request to us by indicating which of your rights listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698 you wish to exercise, together with the necessary information to identify your identity and your explanations regarding the right you wish to exercise; this will enable your application to be answered more quickly and effectively.
